SPAGHETTI AGLIO, OLIO, E PEPERONCINO

    While this is about the quickiest, easiest pasta to make, it is also delicious. It is important to use the best pasta, best olive oil & the most marvelous disposition for this dish.

    Amounts vary, so this is just a guide.

    1 pound of best spaghetti
    1/3 cup best olive oil
    3 to 4 cloves of garlic, minced
    peperocino (hot chili pepper flakes)
    Parmesano Reggiano &/or Romano cheese

    Saute garlic in olive oil,
    Add peperocino

    Cook spaghetti al dente (about 10 minutes)
    Drain

    Add spaghetti to oil, garlic and peperocino
    Toss
    Add cheese
    Serve
