2 cups of chopped, peeled jicama
2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 to 2 cloves of garlic minced
1 Tablespoon of wine or sherry vinegar
2 Tablespoons of honey
Whisk the ingredients together and lightly coat the mango and jicama
