CRANBERRY PECAN RELISH w/ GRAND MARNIER

    This simply delicious relish is made in minutes and keeps for quite a time in the refrigerator.

    1 bag of cranberries
    1 cup of pecan nuts
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    cup Grand Marnier


    In a saucepan, mix sugar with water
    Bring to a boil
    Add cranberries
    Cook gently for about 10 minutes
    Add pecans and Grand Marnier
    Cool
    Put into glass jar and keep in refrigerator for a week or two
